- Strong command of math content.

- Quick thinker in a fast-paced learning environment.
- Pursuing or have completed a degree in a STEM field.
- Teaching or tutoring experience.
- Experience with math contests (e.g. MAA AMC 10/12, AIME, USA(J)MO).
Responsibilities
- Support students' learning experiences in live, text-based classes.
- Answer student questions in real time.
- Provide hints and guidance to facilitate problem solving.
- Offer encouragement to students.
- Provide mentoring feedback for math contest preparation.
