- CDCP® – Certified Data Center Professional from Epi
- Fluency in Japanese and English
- Experience working in physical data centers or similar environments
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to engage and support adult learners
- Strong interest in data center operations and infrastructure careers
- Empathy, flexibility, patience, and a learner-centered mindset
Responsibilities
- Attend and proactively engage in mandatory pre-program TA onboarding.
- Monitor Slack channels for learner questions and answer promptly.
- Check-in with learners after live sessions.
- Facilitate breakout rooms during lectures.
- Hold up to six individual office hours per week.
- Grade learner submissions within seven days.
- Support program improvement via weekly write-ups.
- Attend weekly staff meetings with camera on.
