Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across OpenRouter's API, spanning multiple LLM providers
- Reproduce bugs in ambiguous environments using tools like curl, Postman, and small test apps
- Read and interpret logs, headers, and request traces to identify root causes
- Turn 'it doesn't work' into actionable findings, hypotheses, and verified fixes
- Respond to developer inquiries across support channels with clarity and technical precision
- Identify patterns in support requests and advocate for documentation or API improvements
- Develop deep expertise in OpenRouter's routing, fallback, rate limiting, and billing systems
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to surface systemic issues and inform roadmap priorities
