Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex technical information.
  • Strong problem-solving acumen and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, technology-driven environment.
  • Foundational knowledge or interest in programming languages such as Java or JavaScript.
  • Understanding of integration concepts including APIs and web services.
  • Knowledge of relational databases (SQL).
  • Familiarity with public Cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Kubernetes.
  • Ability to travel to the Boston office a few times per year.

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage and resolve platform and product issues related to application development, deployment, and integration.
  • Conduct in-depth investigation, reproduction, and troubleshooting of reported issues within the platform infrastructure and runtime.
  • Communicate reported issues and insights to R&D, Product Management, and Customer Success teams.
  • Exercise independent judgment and discretion to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Prioritize daily tasks based on problem severity and business impact.
  • Manage customer expectations by adhering to Service Level Agreements with transparency.
