Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Proven written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex technical information.
- Strong problem-solving acumen and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, technology-driven environment.
- Foundational knowledge or interest in programming languages such as Java or JavaScript.
- Understanding of integration concepts including APIs and web services.
- Knowledge of relational databases (SQL).
- Familiarity with public Cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Kubernetes.
- Ability to travel to the Boston office a few times per year.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage and resolve platform and product issues related to application development, deployment, and integration.
- Conduct in-depth investigation, reproduction, and troubleshooting of reported issues within the platform infrastructure and runtime.
- Communicate reported issues and insights to R&D, Product Management, and Customer Success teams.
- Exercise independent judgment and discretion to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Prioritize daily tasks based on problem severity and business impact.
- Manage customer expectations by adhering to Service Level Agreements with transparency.
