Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in technical program management or a similar role.
- Experience leading complex, safety-critical AI software, robotics, or systems programs.
- Experience managing large model releases and model development lifecycles.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong track record of taking complex programs from concept to launch.
- Demonstrated ability to act as the primary point of contact for complex programs.
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting to leadership.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute large-scale, complex technical programs critical to Motional's roadmap.
- Manage model development and release cycles while ensuring stakeholder alignment.
- Serve as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for high-level behavioral capabilities.
- Manage dependencies and drive integration across Prediction and ML Planning teams.
- Dive deep into ML and behavioral issues to facilitate trade-off discussions.
- Develop and execute mitigation strategies for high-priority technical risks.
- Partner with leadership to ensure the ML and behaviors roadmap is well-defined and integrated.
