Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Engineering Management, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including model lifecycle and data pipelines.
- Familiarity with agentic or LLM-based systems.
- Experience delivering large-scale, cross-functional technical programs.
- Familiarity with AI-powered workflows and tools.
- Strong technical fluency with software development tools (e.g., GitHub, CI/CD systems).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven ability to manage risk, dependencies, and program complexity.
- Excellent communication skills for executive-level reporting.
- Strong systems thinking and execution discipline.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end execution of highly complex, cross-functional AI and technical programs.
- Define structure, governance, and delivery frameworks for emerging AI-native workflows.
- Drive large-scale AI and technical programs from planning through delivery.
- Support the transition toward agentic and AI-first SDLC practices.
- Design and manage cross-system integrations and AI workflows.
- Partner with AI/ML and engineering teams to define operational readiness standards and incident response procedures.
- Establish program tracking, metrics, and reporting frameworks.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks early and communicate mitigation strategies.
- Enable AI-enabled execution by embedding automation and intelligent tooling into program operations.
