Requirements
- Proven experience managing and growing a multi-marketplace Seller Central account.
- Deep PPC understanding including campaign architecture creation.
- Experience leading or managing at least one direct report.
- Strong commercial judgement regarding spend, pricing, and margin.
- Clear communication skills to translate data into business insights.
- Understanding of Buy Box mechanics, listing quality, and A+ content.
- Experience in premium, lifestyle, or accessories categories is a plus.
- Familiarity with EU marketplace compliance is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own Amazon P&L across all global marketplaces.
- Develop and execute long-term Amazon channel strategy.
- Manage day-to-day Amazon account health and listing compliance.
- Oversee all Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display).
- Manage and optimize Amazon product launches, including stock and pricing strategy.
- Hire, lead, and develop the Amazon team.
- Collaborate with inventory and marketing for cross-functional growth.
