Requirements
- 15-plus years of hands-on experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations at the enterprise risk level
- Strong analytical ability and a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Deep working knowledge of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) design and rollout
- Working knowledge of motor carrier vetting, onboarding, and risk management
- Proven experience building process frameworks and risk structures
- Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
- Full professional English proficiency
- Confidence working directly with clients and executives
- Ability to travel 15 to 20 percent
Responsibilities
- Lead the Risk Intelligence function from inception
- Build the Risk Intelligence department over time
- Assess client motor carrier vetting and onboarding processes
- Partner with underwriting to strengthen risk selection and collaborate with claims
- Design scalable processes, SOP audit frameworks, and an ERM approach
- Provide practical guidance to clients to improve safety and compliance
- Conduct client reviews and operational assessments via video or onsite visits
