Requirements
- Experience owning products in startup or high-growth environments.
- Strong product judgment and ability to balance user needs with business objectives.
- Customer obsession with a focus on feedback and behavioral data.
- Highly organized and systems-oriented.
- Technical fluency to discuss tradeoffs and implementation with engineers.
- Startup mindset with ability to be proactive and self-directed.
- Experience in Web3, Crypto, Gaming, Gambling, or eSports (Preferred).
- Experience with Linear or similar product management tools (Preferred).
- Experience with product discovery, validation, and working with UX/UI designers (Preferred).
- Ability to create wireframes or MVP specifications (Preferred).
Responsibilities
- Identify new product opportunities through customer feedback, behavioral data, market trends, and competitive analysis.
- Develop a deep understanding of user needs and translate insights into product direction.
- Define and evolve the long-term product vision.
- Own product planning, execution, and backlog prioritization.
- Act as a bridge between Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Operations.
- Communicate priorities and product strategy across the organization.
- Use data and experimentation to guide decisions and measure performance.
- Partner with engineering and design to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Define clear requirements and success metrics for new initiatives.
