- 4+ years of professional experience in Presales, sales, customer onboarding or consulting.
- 3+ years in customer-facing roles supporting complex B2B SaaS sales cycles.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms.
- Native or fluent Portuguese proficiency.
- Strong English proficiency.
- Understanding of SaaS architectures, integrations, APIs, and data flows.
- Experience designing multi-system solutions with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience leveraging AI-driven capabilities in a SaaS or presales context.
- Strong consultative mindset and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical owner across complex, multi-phase sales cycles.
- Partner with Account Executives to drive deal strategy and anticipate risk.
- Lead technical discovery, integration design, and data migration strategy.
- Design and deliver tailored demos, workshops, and proofs of value.
- Serve as the voice of the prospect to internal product and leadership teams.
- Coach Account Executives on functionality and value-based positioning.
- Mentor junior Solutions Engineers.
