Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field
- 3–5 years of software or HRIS implementation experience with focus on Benefits Administration
- Hands-on experience implementing benefits and open enrollment within SaaS/Cloud HCM platforms
- Experience with Ceridian Dayforce, Workday, UKG, ADP, Ultimate, SAP, Oracle, or PeopleSoft
- Strong understanding of benefits administration processes
- Experience leading annual open enrollment cycles
- Business process mapping experience
- Working knowledge of benefits-related data files and integrations
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Strong facilitation and client-facing skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans for Dayforce Benefits implementations
- Lead client discovery sessions and translate requirements into configuration
- Configure benefit modules including plan setup, eligibility, and rates
- Lead open enrollment planning, configuration, and testing
- Partner with Project Managers to track tasks, risks, and timelines
- Advise clients on industry best practices for benefits administration
- Perform data audits and maintain integrity
- Support carrier integrations and file feeds
