Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field
  • 3–5 years of software or HRIS implementation experience with focus on Benefits Administration
  • Hands-on experience implementing benefits and open enrollment within SaaS/Cloud HCM platforms
  • Experience with Ceridian Dayforce, Workday, UKG, ADP, Ultimate, SAP, Oracle, or PeopleSoft
  • Strong understanding of benefits administration processes
  • Experience leading annual open enrollment cycles
  • Business process mapping experience
  • Working knowledge of benefits-related data files and integrations
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong facilitation and client-facing skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project plans for Dayforce Benefits implementations
  • Lead client discovery sessions and translate requirements into configuration
  • Configure benefit modules including plan setup, eligibility, and rates
  • Lead open enrollment planning, configuration, and testing
  • Partner with Project Managers to track tasks, risks, and timelines
  • Advise clients on industry best practices for benefits administration
  • Perform data audits and maintain integrity
  • Support carrier integrations and file feeds
