  • An established network/book of business in the targeted sectors.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote, results-driven environment.
  • Proficiency with remote work tools.
  • Familiarity with recruitment services and the North American market is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage your existing book of business in the Non-Profit sector to secure new RAASS clients.
  • Develop and execute targeted strategies to engage decision-makers.
  • Build strong, lasting client relationships, positioning destinationone as the premier recruitment solution.
  • Meet or exceed the target of one new RAASS client per month during the initial 3-month contract.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the company’s growth by identifying opportunities and promoting the RAASS model.
