- Proven business development experience within the Non-Profit sector.
- An established network/book of business in the targeted sectors.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote, results-driven environment.
- Proficiency with remote work tools.
- Familiarity with recruitment services and the North American market is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Leverage your existing book of business in the Non-Profit sector to secure new RAASS clients.
- Develop and execute targeted strategies to engage decision-makers.
- Build strong, lasting client relationships, positioning destinationone as the premier recruitment solution.
- Meet or exceed the target of one new RAASS client per month during the initial 3-month contract.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Contribute to the company’s growth by identifying opportunities and promoting the RAASS model.
