Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Management, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a digital or technology-focused environment.
- Basic understanding of React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and general front-end development concepts.
- Familiarity with project management tools (Trello, Jira, Slack) and collaboration platforms.
- Knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Yext Analytics).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee multiple concurrent digital projects: spanning implementation, managed services, and service growth initiatives, from initiation to completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, adhering to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Maintain clear, proactive client communication, including status updates, milestone reviews, and expectation management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building trusted relationships through consistent delivery and value-add insights.
- Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, or service expansion based on client needs and platform potential.
- Partner with developers, designers, and client success managers to scope, execute, and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Leverage a working knowledge of front-end development technologies to communicate with technical teams and validate requirements.
- Assist with testing, QA reviews, and integration coordination.
- Document processes, recommend workflow optimizations, and contribute to scaling operational best practices.
