Requirements
- Fluency in English and French.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management.
- Experience with accounts payable and receivable.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and IFRS.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the outsourced accounting and payroll firms.
- Ensure accurate and timely transfer of financial data for management accounts and payroll.
- Manage billing, AR aging, and invoice processing.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports to the CFO, CEO, and COO.
- Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Develop and manage budgets for various departments.
- Manage and reconcile inter company transactions between HQ and subsidiaries.
- Manage financial reporting for grants and ensure compliance.
- Identify and implement improvements in financial processes.
- Train and support finance staff on best practices.
