Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Legal Operations, Commercial Finance Operations, Sales Operations, or similar.
- BS/BA in Finance, Business, or Accounting.
- Deep expertise in P&L analysis, budgeting, and financial modeling.
- Strong experience with CLM systems (e.g., Ironclad).
- Experience with eBilling tools.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills.
- Deep understanding of SaaS contracting, revenue recognition standards, and vendor management.
- Ability to translate complex legal and financial concepts for cross-functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Act as translator between legal, Sales, and Finance.
- Structure commercial deals balancing economic objectives with legal risk.
- Develop predictive financial modeling for complex deals.
- Facilitate negotiations on commercial agreements.
- Manage and optimize the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system.
- Build and maintain negotiation playbooks and templates.
- Implement and manage the Legal tech stack including e-billing.
- Design and implement automated contracting processes.
- Oversee law firm relationships and billing compliance.
- Develop dashboards to track KPIs like turnaround times and legal spend.
