Requirements
- 12+ years of ERP experience with ERP project management experience
- Strong focus on HCM and Financials implementations
- 5+ years’ experience as a hands-on Project Manager on implementation projects
- At least one full lifecycle Oracle Cloud project as a Project Manager
- Experience managing fixed-scope, fixed-price, full-lifecycle implementation projects for Public Sector agencies
- Active PMP Certification
- University degree in business, computer science, or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Play the lead role in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing of Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM projects
- Participate and ensure proposal, estimation, and scope for a project are completed
- Accountable for the entire project scope, project team, resources, scheduling, and the success of the project
- Manage project risks; ensure successful delivery and implementation
- Take complete ownership of people and their performance management in the project
- Accountable for project profitability, risk management, and client satisfaction
- Prepare responses to competitive RFPs and prepare statements of work, payment schedules, and associated documents
- Review and edit Functional and Technical project deliverables
- Review and critique task estimates and technical solutions
