Requirements

Advanced clinical or scientific degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, NP, PA, or RN)
Experience in medical affairs, clinical research, clinical care, or field-based roles
Strong ability to interpret and communicate complex scientific/clinical data
Proven experience building and maintaining relationships with KOLs and investigators
Extensive travel availability (60-80%)
Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing field-based teams
Ability to align strategy in a matrixed environment
Experience in neurology, CNS, or movement disorders preferred
Market access/payor landscape experience preferred

Responsibilities

Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing team of MSLs
Operate in a player/coach model with direct oversight and field engagement
Establish scientific exchange quality and insight generation standards
Conduct regular field travel and joint visits
Translate medical strategy into executable field plans
Oversee territory planning and KOL engagement strategies
Ensure high-quality scientific exchange and disease state education
Synthesize and communicate field insights for cross-functional teams
Represent the voice of the external medical community to inform strategy
