Requirements
- Advanced medical or scientific degree (Master’s or Doctorate).
- 7+ years of biotech or pharmaceutical Medical Affairs experience.
- Experience with commercial product launch(es).
- 3+ years of hematology/oncology experience.
- Strong understanding of healthcare compliance and regulatory standards.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret clinical data.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel up to 80% within the assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Strategically plan and engage within the assigned territory as a scientific and medical expert in GIST and Systemic Mastocytosis.
- Translate complex scientific data into actionable clinical insights and identify unmet needs through KOL engagement.
- Lead scientific engagement with thought leaders, investigators, and HCPs to gather clinical and competitive insights.
- Support Medical Affairs, Patient Advocacy, and Market Access teams with educational programs and clinical trial site identification.
- Mentor colleagues and provide leadership on the regional team to ensure consistent scientific communication.
- Support scientific congresses through booth staffing, session coverage, and competitive intelligence gathering.
- Maintain high standards of healthcare compliance and accurate CRM documentation.
