Requirements
- Proven experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager or in a similar legal support role.
- Strong knowledge of personal injury processes, terminology, and case lifecycle.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Experience working with legal case management software and CRMs.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
Responsibilities
- Manage a full caseload of personal injury files from intake through settlement or litigation.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing case updates and addressing questions with professionalism and empathy.
- Coordinate medical treatment, request and track medical records and bills.
- Liaise with attorneys, insurance companies, medical providers, and third parties.
- Monitor deadlines, follow up on outstanding items, and ensure compliance with case timelines.
- Update and maintain accurate case notes and documentation in case management systems.
- Assist with demand packages, settlement documentation, and general case preparation.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with legal and ethical standards.
