- 5+ years of experience in product planning and product life-cycle management.
- Experience with portfolio planning, market research, market strategy, and value-based pricing.
- Demonstrated success in a Global Product Management role.
- Strong capability in financial analysis, financial modeling, and interpreting P&L statements.
- Successful track record of launching new products.
- Proficiency in working with customers, commercial teams, and sales channels.
Responsibilities
- Own the global portfolio of laboratory-scale and process development filtration products.
- Define and drive the innovation roadmap for lab-scale products.
- Lead development of new products and applications from concept through market introduction.
- Act as the voice of the customer to translate insights into differentiated solutions.
- Partner with R&D and applications teams to ensure scalability and manufacturability.
- Develop and execute targeted go-to-market strategies.
- Drive portfolio optimization and SKU standardization.
- Monitor bioprocess development trends to inform product strategy.
- Deliver performance reports and forecasts.
