Responsibilities
- Drive the implementation of procurement processes, workflows, and enterprise-wide change initiatives
- Develop training materials, documentation, and enablement resources to support adoption
- Guide internal teams on procurement case management systems and issue resolution workflows
- Lead end-to-end execution of procurement and digital experience initiatives
- Define project scope, timelines, success metrics, and delivery plans
- Manage multiple concurrent initiatives with clear prioritization
- Partner with engineering teams to enhance system usability and digital experience
- Lead user acceptance testing and validation of system enhancements
- Drive automation-first initiatives leveraging digital tools and AI
- Analyze KPIs to inform process simplification and digitization
