Requirements
- Current licensure as a CRNP or APRN with a Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing
- Current certification by ANCC, AANP, or other qualifying agency
- Minimum 3 years of experience in gastroenterology specialty in an outpatient setting
- Active Oregon licensure at time of hire
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Willingness to obtain additional state licenses within 60 days
- Experience with administrative and clinical technologies
- Prior experience with telehealth platforms
- Comfort operating in an entrepreneurial or start-up environment
Responsibilities
- Deliver virtual patient care in alignment with Oshi's evidence-based care model
- Assess, diagnose, and treat GI conditions with a focus on DGBIs, GERD, and IBD via video visits and chat
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to implement coordinated care plans
- Adhere to clinical protocols including ROME IV criteria and AGA/ACG guidelines
- Document patient interactions in EHR
- Participate in quality improvement and clinical program development
- Maintain all relevant licenses and pursue cross-licensure opportunities
