- Authority to practice independently as a PMHNP
- Current Prescriptive Authority
- Current DEA registration
- Experience in an outpatient mental health practice
- Experience providing Telehealth
- Skilled in the use of technology, software, and resources for daily medical responsibilities
- Experience in medical record documentation
Responsibilities
- Complete intake assessments for new clients
- Complete progress notes for every session in EHR
- Send prescriptions electronically to pharmacy
- Monitor psychiatric stability
- Request labs when needed
- Monitor medical needs of clients and make appropriate referrals for in-person assessments
- Collaborate with Therapists
- Communicate with administrative team
