  • Maintain accurate records of time allocation and diverted activities
  • Monitor in-day performance against work plans
  • Manage workflow by distributing work effectively and reprioritising
  • Produce and maintain a balanced capacity plan
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve capacity challenges
  • Support quality, control, and compliance standards
  • Conduct regular 1:1s and performance reviews
  • Coach and develop team members
  • Manage absence and deliver team briefings
