Responsibilities
- Forecast workloads and resource requirements using ControliQ methodology
- Maintain accurate records of time allocation and diverted activities
- Monitor in-day performance against work plans
- Manage workflow by distributing work effectively and reprioritising
- Produce and maintain a balanced capacity plan
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve capacity challenges
- Support quality, control, and compliance standards
- Conduct regular 1:1s and performance reviews
- Coach and develop team members
- Manage absence and deliver team briefings
