Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Salesforce
  • Experience supporting Salesforce implementations or customer onboarding projects
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Experience troubleshooting Salesforce user issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non technical users
  • Strong organizational and problem solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple customer requests simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Support customers throughout the Salesforce implementation and onboarding process
  • Assist users with Salesforce configuration, navigation, and best practices
  • Troubleshoot Salesforce related issues and provide first line support
  • Collaborate with implementation teams and engineers to resolve complex issues
  • Conduct customer training sessions and platform walkthroughs
  • Monitor customer adoption and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Document customer requirements, issues, and resolutions
  • Create and maintain knowledge base articles and user guides
  • Escalate technical issues when necessary and ensure timely resolution
  • Build strong customer relationships and advocate for customer needs internally
