Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Salesforce
- Experience supporting Salesforce implementations or customer onboarding projects
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Experience troubleshooting Salesforce user issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non technical users
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple customer requests simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Support customers throughout the Salesforce implementation and onboarding process
- Assist users with Salesforce configuration, navigation, and best practices
- Troubleshoot Salesforce related issues and provide first line support
- Collaborate with implementation teams and engineers to resolve complex issues
- Conduct customer training sessions and platform walkthroughs
- Monitor customer adoption and identify opportunities for improvement
- Document customer requirements, issues, and resolutions
- Create and maintain knowledge base articles and user guides
- Escalate technical issues when necessary and ensure timely resolution
- Build strong customer relationships and advocate for customer needs internally
