Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in channel marketing, partner marketing, or dealer engagement.
  • Experience in agriculture or a closely related industry.
  • Proven track record in building or redesigning channel engagement programs.
  • Experience managing a marketing or program budget.
  • Experience working directly with field sales teams.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to influence without formal authority.
  • Analytical fluency with Excel, Salesforce, dashboards, and AI tools.
  • Experience managing external vendors or agencies.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Experience producing large customer or partner events.

Responsibilities

  • Own Sound’s dealer engagement strategy and health framework.
  • Build repeatable activation and intervention motions with Sales, RevOps, and Operations.
  • Design and improve dealer rewards, onboarding, training, and co-marketing programs.
  • Develop dealer toolkits and grower-facing campaign support.
  • Lead strategy for dealer events including Kickoff, President’s Club, and advisory councils.
  • Measure and report on dealer program utilization, ROI, and influenced revenue.
  • Build alignment across cross-functional teams to drive agreed outcomes.
