Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in a highly analytical role
- Background in healthcare operations or healthcare consulting preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with financial concepts and reporting
- Experience with finance and data information systems
- Proficiency with BI tools such as Sigma Computing and Snowflake
- SQL familiarity is a plus
- Experience establishing and cultivating strong relationships with cross-functional partners
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated organizational and project management skills
- Experience in a high-growth startup or tech environment
Responsibilities
- Investigate and solve complex business problems, such as improving provider utilization and increasing patient conversion
- Conduct deep dives across patient enrollment, scheduling, provider capacity, care delivery, and clinical operations
- Lead high-priority operational initiatives from problem definition through implementation
- Partner with Operations, Clinical, Product, and Data teams to identify and measure process improvements
- Define success metrics, build project plans, and drive stakeholder accountability
- Develop reporting infrastructure and dashboards for operational monitoring
- Collaborate to establish metric definitions and reporting standards
- Serve as a primary partner across internal business units to review outcomes and KPIs
