Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in business operations, program management, consulting, or sales operations
- Proven experience supporting Business Development, Sales, or Strategy teams
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience with CRM systems and pipeline reporting tools
- Demonstrated ability to create dashboards and synthesize data
- Experience using AI tools for productivity
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level materials
- Strong understanding of commercial deal structures
- High level of organizational rigor and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance BD pipeline systems, including account trackers, opportunity maps, and deal databases
- Build and manage dashboards and reporting tools to provide leadership with real-time visibility
- Analyze pipeline trends such as conversion rates, deal velocity, and stage progression
- Support forecasting processes in collaboration with Finance and BD leadership
- Develop executive-ready presentations, updates, and board-level materials
- Coordinate cross-functional alignment with Legal, Finance, and Operations
- Own meeting cadence operations and follow-through
- Maintain pitch materials and slide libraries
