Requirements
- Strong front-end engineering skills (e.g., TypeScript, React, modern CSS).
- Experience building and maintaining design systems in code.
- Fluency translating high-fidelity designs into pixel-accurate, performant implementations.
- Experience with data-rich web applications and rendering performance (canvas, SVG, WebGL, or mapping/geospatial libraries).
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of responsive design and accessibility best practices.
Responsibilities
- Build and ship production-ready UI components from design specs, prioritizing performance, reusability, and scalability.
- Develop and maintain our design system as living code—keeping design tokens, component libraries, and documentation in sync across web-based applications.
- Prototype novel interactions and data visualizations to pressure-test new product proposals in real, interactive environments.
- Bridge design and engineering by implementing high-fidelity features that preserve design intent in high-density data environments.
- Build tooling and automation that accelerate the design-to-development workflow.
- Iterate on implementations based on user feedback, operational requirements, and performance insights.
