Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in administrative, coordination, or operations roles.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning content.
- Strong organizational skills managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and proactive operational approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate scheduling of instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning sessions.
- Manage learner enrollment, registrations, waitlists, and communications.
- Oversee training logistics including virtual session setup and equipment preparation.
- Maintain and update training calendars, resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Conduct LMS audits for data integrity and completion tracking.
- Prepare, distribute, and manage training materials with version control.
- Serve as a point of contact for inquiries and feedback collection.
