Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in administrative, coordination, or operations roles.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning content.
  • Strong organizational skills managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and proactive operational approach.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate scheduling of instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning sessions.
  • Manage learner enrollment, registrations, waitlists, and communications.
  • Oversee training logistics including virtual session setup and equipment preparation.
  • Maintain and update training calendars, resolving scheduling conflicts.
  • Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Conduct LMS audits for data integrity and completion tracking.
  • Prepare, distribute, and manage training materials with version control.
  • Serve as a point of contact for inquiries and feedback collection.
