Requirements
- Experience with Pendo, WalkMe, or Gainsight PX.
- Strong competency in data visualization and Excel.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Understanding of scientific method or A/B testing principles.
- Ability to take direction from leadership and pivot quickly.
- Baseline understanding of Red Hat ecosystem and enterprise learning subscriptions (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of in-app guides and announcements.
- Tag features for usage analytics and deploy targeted notifications to improve retention.
- Monitor RHLS usage metrics and maintain dashboards for KPIs and trends.
- Coordinate and execute A/B testing scenarios for guides, messaging, and workflows.
- Manage end-to-end logistics of RHLS-related programs.
- Create and submit weekly status reports.
- Collaborate with product management, marketing, and technical teams.
