Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital advertising, campaign management, or performance marketing, especially with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Strong understanding of tracking setup, including Meta Pixel, conversion events, and troubleshooting campaign performance issues.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data to optimize campaigns effectively.
  • Familiarity with additional platforms such as LinkedIn, Pinterest, or X (Twitter) is a plus.
  • A continuous learning mindset with adaptability to fast-changing digital marketing environments.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other social platforms, applying best practices to improve performance and ROI.
  • Monitor daily campaign metrics and make continuous data-driven adjustments to enhance efficiency and scaling opportunities.
  • Support campaign setup, maintenance, QA processes, and reporting to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of ad activities.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable multi-channel strategies, including audience targeting, segmentation, and retargeting.
  • Collaborate with paid search, DSP, and email marketing teams to ensure aligned cross-channel execution.
  • Track platform updates and algorithm changes, proactively adjusting campaign strategies accordingly.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to catalog performance, feed quality, and conversion tracking efficiency.
