Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience in transition management, program management, transformation, or complex implementation roles.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional transition programs in global or matrixed environments.
  • Strong expertise in project/program management, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience in industries such as BPO, outsourcing, shared services, consulting, or customer experience operations is highly desirable.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across senior leadership and multiple business functions.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and execution skills with attention to operational detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (written and spoken); Portuguese is a strong advantage.
  • Certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
  • Master’s degree is considered an advantage.
  • Strong ability to manage ambiguity and drive structure in complex, fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end transition programs from contract signature through operational stabilization, ensuring structured execution across all phases.
  • Provide governance, risk management, and executive-level reporting throughout the transition lifecycle, ensuring visibility of progress, issues, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional alignment across operations, finance, HR, technology, procurement, and client stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
  • Act as escalation point for transition risks, issues, and critical decision-making requirements.
  • Define transition scope, timelines, resource models, and implementation plans in collaboration with bid and account management teams.
  • Develop and execute communication and change management strategies to support transition delivery and early steady-state operations.
  • Validate solution assumptions, staffing models, sourcing strategies, and financial structures to ensure contractual and operational alignment.
  • Identify implementation gaps and risks, and drive mitigation strategies to ensure delivery readiness and stability.
  • Ensure financial setup, billing processes, and budget structures are correctly established prior to go-live.
  • Monitor transition performance and ensure alignment between operational execution and commercial commitments.
