Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
- 5+ years of general ledger and financial reporting experience.
- Knowledge of accounting cycle and project budget management.
- Experience with Earned Value Analysis (EVA).
- Experience with contract review.
- Fluency in English.
- Fluency in local language (Portuguese for Brazil or Spanish for Mexico).
- Strong Excel and PC skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
Responsibilities
- Support project teams in financial areas for clinical trials.
- Prepare monthly invoicing worksheets for revenue recognition.
- Perform variance analysis for forecasted vs. actual revenue.
- Review work orders and change order budgets.
- Perform monthly Earned Value Analyses (EVA).
- Assist in preparation of contract documents.
- Support financial reporting and general ledger functions.
- Support accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end close.
- Respond to financial inquiries from CFO and leadership.
- Develop and implement new procedures and internal controls.
