Requirements
- 3–5 years of combined experience in FP&A and accounting/bookkeeping
- Demonstrated proficiency in daily bookkeeping, journal entries, and monthly reconciliations
- Fluency in QuickBooks
- Advanced spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets, pivot tables, lookups)
- Full professional fluency in English
- BA/BS in Accounting or equivalent experience
- Strong command of core accounting principles (accruals, deferrals, matching principle)
- Experience building budgets and running variance analysis
- Experience working remotely and across time zones
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and update annual operating budgets and multiple scenarios
- Produce monthly budget-to-actual variance analysis
- Maintain rolling forecasts and cash-flow projections
- Perform daily bookkeeping in QuickBooks including GL, AP, and AR
- Record journal entries and complete monthly bank/credit-card reconciliations
- Run monthly close and prepare financial statements
- Apply GAAP and non-profit fund-accounting standards
- Support annual audit and Form 990 preparation
