Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in technical support for a SaaS product.
  • C1 level English (written and spoken).
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Comfortable reading code and using browser developer tools.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • High ownership mindset and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work a fixed 9:00–18:00 Eastern Time schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues for clients.
  • Serve as a product expert and client advocate.
  • Manage tickets from first response to final resolution.
  • Act as the voice of the customer to influence the product roadmap.
  • Use AI tools actively in day-to-day work tasks.
  • Communicate proactively and maintain high ownership of support tickets.
