Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical support for a SaaS product.
- C1 level English (written and spoken).
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Comfortable reading code and using browser developer tools.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
- High ownership mindset and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work a fixed 9:00–18:00 Eastern Time schedule.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues for clients.
- Serve as a product expert and client advocate.
- Manage tickets from first response to final resolution.
- Act as the voice of the customer to influence the product roadmap.
- Use AI tools actively in day-to-day work tasks.
- Communicate proactively and maintain high ownership of support tickets.
