- Experience managing a high volume of clients or projects simultaneously.

- Solid understanding of Canadian government funding programs.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in G Suite and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
- Experience using AI-assisted productivity tools.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 50+ active client accounts.
- Serve as primary point of contact for grant-related work.
- Translate business priorities and technical roadmaps into funding strategies.
- Monitor federal and provincial funding programs.
- Coordinate internal and external grant writers and subject matter experts.
- Review, edit, and quality check submissions for compliance and impact.
- Maintain visibility across the full grants pipeline for clients.
