Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of direct fraud or disputes experience.
  • Understanding of card chargebacks and Visa/Mastercard network rules.
  • Experience in transaction monitoring.
  • Demonstrated understanding of fraud management frameworks and prevention systems.
  • Ability to collect, organize, and analyze datasets with precision.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve card disputes and unauthorized transaction claims.
  • Evaluate transaction data and authentication methods like 3DS, Apple Pay, or Chip & PIN.
  • Execute chargebacks by navigating Visa/Mastercard dispute rules.
  • Communicate directly with clients to guide them through the dispute lifecycle.
  • Manage ongoing card disputes while adhering to internal and regulatory SLAs.
  • Participate in weekly calibration sessions to identify new fraud trends.
