Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of direct fraud or disputes experience.
- Understanding of card chargebacks and Visa/Mastercard network rules.
- Experience in transaction monitoring.
- Demonstrated understanding of fraud management frameworks and prevention systems.
- Ability to collect, organize, and analyze datasets with precision.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve card disputes and unauthorized transaction claims.
- Evaluate transaction data and authentication methods like 3DS, Apple Pay, or Chip & PIN.
- Execute chargebacks by navigating Visa/Mastercard dispute rules.
- Communicate directly with clients to guide them through the dispute lifecycle.
- Manage ongoing card disputes while adhering to internal and regulatory SLAs.
- Participate in weekly calibration sessions to identify new fraud trends.
