Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sports betting, trading support, analytics, operations, or a related field
- Strong passion for sports, particularly North American leagues (NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, MMA)
- Basic understanding of betting markets, odds structures, and sportsbook operations
- Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and operational tools for tracking and reporting
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy under time-sensitive conditions
- Clear communicator who can collaborate effectively within a trading or operations team
- Ability to follow structured processes while quickly learning new tools and concepts
- Analytical mindset with curiosity about pricing, probability, and market behavior
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift quickly
- Interest in developing a long-term career in sports trading, analytics, or gaming operations
Responsibilities
- Assist in compiling and setting pre-game odds and sportsbook market pricing across key North American sports
- Support the creation, monitoring, and maintenance of betting markets and promotional offerings
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of pricing data across assigned leagues and events
- Monitor competitor pricing, market movements, and industry trends to support trading decisions
- Track key performance indicators such as handle, margins, hold %, and market efficiency metrics
- Assist with reporting tasks and basic performance analysis to support trading insights
- Identify and escalate pricing anomalies, operational issues, or tooling concerns in a timely manner
- Support daily operational workflows related to market setup, updates, and validation
- Contribute to continuous improvement of trading processes and team communication standards
- Develop foundational knowledge of sportsbook trading principles, tools, and risk frameworks
