Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field
- 3-5 years of work experience in Software Development Projects
- 3+ years of experience in managing complex projects
- Experience in Banking Projects
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid development methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to travel up to 25% annually
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and deliver technical projects from initiation to closure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies
- Conduct regular project status meetings and prepare progress reports
- Prevent and control scope by using change control processes
- Handle internal and external project reporting
- Continuously improve project management processes and tools
- Lead the contracting process with customers
