Requirements

  • Fluent English (mandatory), with strong communication skills in both technical and business contexts.
  • Advanced experience with Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, Power Query, and Gateway.
  • Strong expertise in SQL, DAX, and M language for data modeling and transformation.
  • Solid experience with ETL/ELT processes and data integration workflows.
  • Knowledge of relational databases and data warehouse concepts.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure data services (Data Lake, Synapse) or Microsoft Fabric.
  • Strong ability to design dashboards with a focus on UX/UI and data storytelling.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in international and cross-functional environments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports to support business performance monitoring and decision-making.
  • Build and manage data models using Power Query, DAX, and M language to ensure efficient and scalable analytics solutions.
  • Work with SQL and relational databases to extract, transform, and validate data from multiple sources.
  • Support ETL/ELT processes and contribute to the development of reliable data pipelines and data warehouse structures.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive data visualizations and reporting solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across reporting environments, including Power BI Service and Gateway.
  • Apply UX/UI best practices to improve usability, storytelling, and clarity in data visualization.
  • Work within the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure Data Lake, Synapse, or Microsoft Fabric environments.
