Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise business applications such as Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, or Salesforce.
- Hands-on experience in application configuration, user administration, security management, and workflow automation.
- Understanding of business process analysis and translating functional needs into technical solutions.
- Experience working with technical teams to troubleshoot issues and support deployment lifecycles.
- Familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI.
- Exposure to Power Automate and DevOps practices.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain user access, roles, and business unit structures across Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
- Support day-to-day platform operations, including incident resolution and production issue troubleshooting.
- Implement approved configuration changes such as workflows, cloud flows, form updates, and business rules.
- Execute deployments from sandbox to production using Azure DevOps pipelines.
- Maintain synchronization between sandbox and production environments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective system configurations.
- Produce and maintain documentation, training materials, and reporting outputs.
