Requirements
- Strong experience in software engineering using Python, Java, or similar programming languages.
- Solid background in building APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Experience working with cloud-based architectures and scalable system design.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and modern DevOps practices.
- Ability to work in global, cross-functional teams with advanced English proficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills, system thinking, and ability to bridge business and technical requirements.
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts is highly desirable, including LLMs, generative AI, or agent-based systems.
- Familiarity with MLOps or LLMOps practices, including deployment and monitoring of AI systems.
- Experience with orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Prefect, Dagster), vector databases, or Kubernetes is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop internal AI platforms, frameworks, and accelerators to support scalable AI adoption across teams.
- Build reusable libraries, templates, and tooling for generative AI and large language model (LLM) applications.
- Develop and maintain robust pipelines for building, deploying, evaluating, and monitoring AI-powered systems.
- Integrate AI capabilities into APIs, microservices architectures, and enterprise-level platforms.
- Promote and enable AI adoption across the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Collaborate with global engineering, product, and technical teams to implement AI-driven solutions.
- Translate business needs into scalable, secure, and production-ready technical architectures.
- Present technical solutions, prototypes, and innovations to stakeholders and leadership teams.
