Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, sales development, business development, or a related revenue-generating role.
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding prospecting, pipeline generation, or sales targets.
- Ability and willingness to spend 3+ hours per day conducting outbound phone outreach and engaging prospective clients.
- Strong understanding of modern AI-enabled sales methodologies and enthusiasm for leveraging emerging technologies to improve performance.
- Experience working with AI-powered sales, prospecting, research, or automation platforms beyond basic generative AI tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with executive-level stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to work cross-functionally and contribute to team success.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a dynamic, growth-oriented organization.
- Experience using CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot or similar sales management tools.
- Interest in advancing into future roles within Sales, Customer Success, Strategic Accounts, or related commercial functions.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified outbound opportunities through strategic prospecting and targeted outreach efforts.
- Conduct high-volume, high-quality cold calling activities, dedicating significant daily time to engaging prospective customers and securing meetings.
- Execute sophisticated multi-channel outreach campaigns utilizing phone, email, LinkedIn, and other digital engagement channels.
- Leverage and manage AI-powered sales tools and automation platforms to optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and increase prospect engagement.
- Monitor, evaluate, and refine AI-generated outputs to ensure messaging quality, brand consistency, and campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with New Business Directors and other sales stakeholders to support account strategies and drive successful handoffs.
- Maintain accurate and organized records within CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and effective pipeline management.
- Share insights, best practices, and process improvements to help enhance sales development strategies and team performance.
