- Strong curiosity and ability to understand customer pain points and translate them into value-driven conversations.
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product, or customer success.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and feedback to improve outreach performance.
- Self-driven, proactive, and highly accountable, with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, research, and engage construction industry decision-makers through high-volume, high-quality cold outreach across multiple channels.
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities by initiating conversations and booking discovery calls for the sales team.
- Continuously refine outreach messaging, sequences, and targeting strategies using data, experimentation, and performance insights.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to align messaging, improve engagement, and optimize lead conversion.
- Contribute to the development and scaling of outbound sales processes, tools, and systems.
- Gather and synthesize market feedback from prospects to inform product positioning and go-to-market strategy.
- Build strong relationships with potential customers by understanding their challenges and clearly articulating value.
- Support the evolution of the SDR function by sharing best practices and testing new approaches.
- Take ownership of pipeline generation goals.
