  • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product, or customer success.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and feedback to improve outreach performance.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and highly accountable, with strong organizational and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, research, and engage construction industry decision-makers through high-volume, high-quality cold outreach across multiple channels.
  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities by initiating conversations and booking discovery calls for the sales team.
  • Continuously refine outreach messaging, sequences, and targeting strategies using data, experimentation, and performance insights.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to align messaging, improve engagement, and optimize lead conversion.
  • Contribute to the development and scaling of outbound sales processes, tools, and systems.
  • Gather and synthesize market feedback from prospects to inform product positioning and go-to-market strategy.
  • Build strong relationships with potential customers by understanding their challenges and clearly articulating value.
  • Support the evolution of the SDR function by sharing best practices and testing new approaches.
  • Take ownership of pipeline generation goals.
