Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in outbound prospecting, appointment setting, or business development.
- Background in the offshoring industry in an SDR/BDR/Inside Sales role.
- Proven experience working with Australian clients (business culture, communication style, market expectations).
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and phone).
- Organised, with excellent time-management and multitasking ability.
- Results-driven, with a record of exceeding KPIs.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outbound automation tools.
- Self-starter, comfortable working independently in a remote-first team.
- Professional and articulate phone presence.
Responsibilities
- Initiate contact with potential clients via LinkedIn, phone, and email.
- Engage prospects to understand needs, confirm fit, and advance qualified leads.
- Communicate the USPs of our businesses tailored for Australian SMEs and mid-market clients.
- Address basic prospect questions and ensure clarity about services.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data in HubSpot/CRM and provide weekly progress reports.
- Book appointments/consultations between prospects and sales representatives.
- Reconnect with unresponsive leads, confirm appointments, and nurture ongoing relationships.
- Maintain detailed logs of calls, interactions, and follow-ups.
- Work closely with founders and marketing to align outbound efforts with GTM strategies.
