- Proven success sourcing, closing, launching, and managing partnerships.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce.
- Analytical mindset for evaluating partnership effectiveness.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Entrepreneurial and self-directed approach.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on execution.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, including sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, onboarding, and managing strategic ecosystem partners.
- Identify and engage new partnership opportunities through both inbound and outbound channels.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, incentive structures, and joint go-to-market initiatives.
- Develop and execute partnership plans to generate pipeline and revenue growth.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to monitor and optimize performance.
- Manage lead routing and collaboration with sales teams.
- Track key metrics including pipeline, conversion, and ROI.
- Maintain forecasting and reporting in CRM systems.
- Collaborate across departments to build efficient workflows.
