Requirements
- Proven experience in channel sales, partnership sales, business development, or partner management, ideally within a SaaS or technology-focused environment.
- Strong understanding of complex sales cycles, including lead management, opportunity progression, forecasting, and deal closure.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive relationships with partners and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Demonstrated proficiency in automation tools, AI technologies, and AI-driven workflows.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by managing partner-referred opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle.
- Provide advanced sales support to partner sales teams by addressing complex inquiries and sharing best practices.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting.
- Design and deliver sales enablement initiatives, including training programs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner sales support channels.
- Ensure CRM data integrity through regular audits and effective deal tracking.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and partner engagement strategies.
