Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive relationships with partners and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in automation tools, AI technologies, and AI-driven workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by managing partner-referred opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle.
  • Provide advanced sales support to partner sales teams by addressing complex inquiries and sharing best practices.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Design and deliver sales enablement initiatives, including training programs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner sales support channels.
  • Ensure CRM data integrity through regular audits and effective deal tracking.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and partner engagement strategies.
