Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, channel management, or a related commercial role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, forecasting, and order lifecycle execution.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Execute supplier and vendor-specific business strategies to drive revenue growth, gross profit, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including pipeline development, deal structuring, order processing, and collections.
- Support operational excellence through accurate forecasting, pipeline tracking, and inventory coordination.
- Collaborate with channel partners to strengthen sales capabilities and support deal closure.
- Coordinate with suppliers to organize technical and sales training programs.
- Identify market opportunities and contribute to the expansion of the customer and partner base.
