Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, channel management, or a related commercial role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, forecasting, and order lifecycle execution.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Execute supplier and vendor-specific business strategies to drive revenue growth, gross profit, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and key stakeholders.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including pipeline development, deal structuring, order processing, and collections.
  • Support operational excellence through accurate forecasting, pipeline tracking, and inventory coordination.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to strengthen sales capabilities and support deal closure.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to organize technical and sales training programs.
  • Identify market opportunities and contribute to the expansion of the customer and partner base.
