Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of successful experience in SMB and/or Mid-Market B2B sales with a proven track record of quota achievement.
  • Experience in SaaS sales, including subscription-based models and recurring revenue environments.
  • Strong understanding or interest in cybersecurity, IT, or technology-driven solutions.
  • Fluent Portuguese speaker with strong English communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance new business development with account expansion responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to forecast and optimize sales performance.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new logo acquisition across SMB and Mid-Market accounts by prospecting, qualifying, and closing opportunities while consistently achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.
  • Expand existing accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across product suites, subscription tiers, and multi-year agreements to maximize revenue growth.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using outbound prospecting, inbound lead conversion, and partner-driven opportunities.
  • Lead the full sales cycle, including discovery, solution positioning, negotiation, and closing, while addressing customer needs and decision-making processes.
  • Execute strategic deal structuring to optimize pricing, contract terms, and long-term customer value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including customer success, renewals, and channel partners to drive account growth and retention.
